One of my favorite things, second to design, is food. I feel very lucky to have been able to use my design and photo skills working with so much FOOD. I've worked on a little bit of everything from building brands from scratch to evolving older concepts into more fresh, bold, refined brands. I've established brand archetypes, stories, and identities; directed and photographed food, beverages, and restaurant spaces; written and edited website, blog, email, and social media copy. I've dreamt up and led a team to carry out entire marketing campaigns with design collateral ranging from menus, table cards, billboards, signage, and murals, to email marketing, social content, and more. I've worked on everything from ideation to implementation.

 

Since graduating college, I have freelanced most weekends, worked contract design jobs, worked as the Art Director for a Kansas City restaurant group with 8 restaurant concepts, jumped into a Senior Designer position at Barkley working on Applebee's, IHOP, and Planet Fitness; and currently I work for as Associate Creative Director at Ad Cucina, a restaurant/hospitality focused agency, working with brands such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, KFC, Fazoli's, Biscuit Belly, and more.
